Partial Fursuit Makers?

I am looking to get a partial fursuit commission, around or under 450... I know this is more like a hit or miss type of thing... but I'm not asking for a full suit.
I'd expect a partial suit to have:
-A head
-Front paws (Gloves/mittens/whatever you wanna call them)
-Back paws (Shoes/slippers/shoe coverings/whatever you wanna call them)
-A tail (It can have a belt attachment thing or not. Either way I can always sew something to make it fit/look the way I want it to.) (Also more or less optional.)
The optional things:
-Leg/Arm sleeves (Nough' said.)

Yes, I will provide you with some art of what I want it to look like. But trust me, since this is going to be my first fursuit, its going to have 1 or 2 fabrics, and very little detail. No realisticness ._. Cartoony style works for me. I'm not getting a dragon or some crazy animal, just a wolf/fox.
Another thing is size. I am a small person. I've been mistaken for a 5th grader before. So if you can't handle making smaller sizes, then no deal -3-
